The men’s time trial B track cycling event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics was held on 28 August 2021 at the Izu Velodrome in Japan. It is for cyclists who are blind or have visual impairments, who ride tandem bicycles with a sighted pilot. Ten pairs from nine nations competed, each racing alone against the clock over a distance of 1,000 metres. The fastest times win the medals: gold to Neil Fachie and James Ball of Great Britain, silver to Raphaël Beaugillet of France, and bronze to the third-fastest pair. The winning time was 58.038 seconds. All times are in Japan Standard Time (UTC+9).
