Cupar Arts Festival
Cupar Arts Festival is held every two years in Cupar, Scotland. It runs for twelve days in October. The 2013 festival was expected to attract more than 10,000 visitors and showcase 40 artists from around the world. It was welcomed by the Scottish Parliament.
