Culturecom Holdings Limited, once known as Jademan (Holdings) Limited, is a Hong Kong publisher of comics and manga. It was founded by Tony Wong Yuk-long in 1971, became a formal company in 1979, and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1986. At its peak, it supplied a large portion of Hong Kong’s comics market and bought Tin Tin Daily News in 1987.

In the 1980s, Culturecom began distributing comics in North America. In 1992 the company changed its name to Cultural Communications to move away from Tony Wong, later shortening it to CultureCom. Sing Tao Holdings bought a significant stake in the company in the late 1980s/early 1990s and focused on translating Japanese manga. There were various investment talks in the late 1990s and early 2000s, including Viagold Capital’s proposal to buy 32% and a plan to give shares to Limeridge, which was later dropped. In 2000, the company planned a Chinese e-book publishing venture with a $200 million investment. In 2004, a planned strategic partner fell through and the stock declined. Culturecom was based at Harbour Centre in Wan Chai.

By 2010, Culturecom had published more than 300 translated manga titles, the most of any Hong Kong publisher, with a small number of titles in English.
