Elachista orestella

Elachista orestella is a small moth in the Elachistidae family. It was described by Busck in 1908 and belongs to the genus Elachista.

Distribution: It is found in North America, including Canada (Alberta, Labrador, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Quebec, Yukon) and the United States (Alaska, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania).

Size: The forewings are 3.1–5.7 mm long.
