The Copa San Isidro de Curuguaty, or the San Isidro de Curuguaty Cup, is a regional football competition. It is played between the champions of Paraguay's Campeonato Nacional de Interligas and Uruguay's Copa Nacional de Selecciones del Interior. The organizers are Paraguay's Unión del Fútbol del Interior and Uruguay's Organización del Fútbol del Interior. The cup was created by Eusebio Baeza, former executive of Pluna and the Asociación Uruguaya de Fútbol, and Arturo Filartiga Candia, a member of the Asociación Paraguaya de Fútbol. It has been held every two years since 1978, with two-legged home-and-away matches. If the teams finish level on points and goals, penalties decide the winner.
