O.H. Cooper High School, commonly referred to as Abilene Cooper, is a public high school in Abilene, Texas. It opened in 1960 to handle the growing number of students after World War II and is one of three four-year high schools in the Abilene Independent School District. The school is named for Oscar Henry Cooper, a former Baylor University president who helped promote state-supported universities.

Cooper serves grades 9–12 and has about 1,596 students (2023–2024) with a student-teacher ratio of 14.80. The campus is at 3639 Sayles Blvd, Abilene, TX 79605. Colors are royal blue and scarlet; mascot is the Cougars (Coogs). The school competes in UIL Class AAAA athletics. Feeder middle schools are Madison and Clack.

The current principal is Lyndsey Williamson, and the staff includes about 107.82 full-time equivalent positions.

Cooper is the zoned high school for Dyess Air Force Base, so many students have military families. The school has a strong arts program, with many students named to Texas All-State choirs, bands, and orchestras since 1971. In athletics, Cooper has notable history including a 1967 state volleyball championship and state golf titles in 1982–1984. Some graduates have gone on to professional sports careers.
