Consulate-General of France in Saint Petersburg is France’s diplomatic mission in Saint Petersburg, Russia. It is located at 15 Moika River Embankment in the Tsentralny District.

The building has a long history. A neo-classical house on the site was rebuilt in 1858–1860s, and the consulate has been housed there since 1972. In the 19th century, notable residents included poet Vyazemsky and painter Arkady Rylov, and French writer Honoré de Balzac also lived there for a time.

The consulate is part of the Embassy of France in Moscow and serves the Northwest consular district, which includes Saint Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast, Republic of Karelia, Murmansk Oblast, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Pskov Oblast, Kaliningrad Oblast, Vologda Oblast and Novgorod Oblast. It provides consular assistance to French citizens and promotes trade and cultural ties between France and the region.
