Coldspring House is a historic, unincorporated place in British Columbia, Canada. It was a roadhouse on the Cariboo Wagon Road in the Cariboo region of the Central Interior. The site sits near the confluence of Lightning Creek and the Swift River, between Quesnel and Barkerville. About 8 km east of Cottonwood House, another former roadhouse that is now a store, campground, and provincial heritage property with a small museum. Further along the route, along today’s BC Highway 26, is Beaver Pass House. These roadhouses date back to the Cariboo Gold Rush and were busy stops for travelers going to and from the goldfields.
