Ciprian Gheorghe Gliga (born 17 April 1997) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. He was born in Reghin, Romania, and is 1.78 m tall.

Gliga began his football career with the youth club Viitorul Mihai Georgescu. His senior career started there (2015–2017), including a loan to Avântul Reghin (2015–2016). He later joined Academica Clinceni, where he played from 2017 to 2021 and made 57 league appearances, scoring 12 goals. During this time he had loan spells at Dunărea Călărași in 2019 (12 appearances, 1 goal) and Concordia Chiajna in 2020 (1 appearance). He has also been associated with Avântul Reghin, Dunărea Călărași, and Concordia Chiajna.
