Frank E. Hughes

Frank E. Hughes (June 14, 1893 – April 26, 1947) was an American set decorator. Born in Kern, California, United States, he worked in films from 1927 to 1947. Hughes won one Academy Award and was nominated for another in the Best Art Direction category. He died at the age of 53.
