Chrysis smaragdula
Chrysis smaragdula is a small species of cuckoo wasp in the family Chrysididae. It belongs to the genus Chrysis. Its full scientific name is Chrysis smaragdula, described by Lepeletier and Serville in 1825. Cuckoo wasps, including this species, lay their eggs in the nests of other insects, where their larvae develop.
