Celebrity Big Brother 19, also called Celebrity Big Brother: All-Stars vs. New Stars, was the nineteenth series of the British reality show. It was hosted by Emma Willis and narrated by Marcus Bentley. The series aired on Channel 5 in the UK and 3e in Ireland, running from 3 January to 3 February 2017 for 32 days—the joint-longest celebrity run with series 17. Rylan Clark-Neal continued to present the spin-off, Big Brother's Bit on the Side.

The series featured 18 housemates—the most in the show's history—with a mix of returning celebrities (All Stars) and new contestants (New Stars). It was the first celebrity series to include two sets of late entrants and to have housemates returning from previous series. Brandon Block and Ray J left the house voluntarily during the run.

On the final night, Coleen Nolan won with 32.65% of the final vote, Jedward were runners-up with 29.91%, and Kim Woodburn (a New Star) finished third with 14.52%.

Before the launch, the show revealed a pop-art eye logo and teaser campaign. The house was previewed in late December 2016, with fourteen entrants on Day 1 (seven All Stars and seven New Stars). Jedward entered on Day 4, and Chloe, Jessica, and Kim joined on Day 11, bringing the total to 18.
