Sir Cecil Ernest Moon, 2nd Baronet (1867–1951), was an English cricketer who played one first-class match. He was born in Watford, Hertfordshire, the son of Edward Moon, and went to Uppingham School before studying at the University of Giessen in Germany. He became the 2nd Baronet in 1899 after his grandfather, Sir Richard Moon, died.

In 1900 he played for London County under W. G. Grace in a match against Derbyshire, scoring 17 and 12. He later moved to the United States, where he married Kate Lawder and ran a ranch near Fort Collins, Colorado; they divorced in 1909. He returned to England and died in Buxton, Derbyshire, in 1951 at age 83, without children. He was succeeded as the 3rd Baronet by his nephew Sir Richard Moon. His uncle Benjamin Darbyshire was also a first-class cricketer.
