Cathay Financial Center
Cathay Financial Center (Chinese: 國泰金融中心) is a 26-story office skyscraper in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. It stands 105 meters tall (344 feet) and is located at No. 9 Songren Road. Completed in 2002, the building was designed by Japanese architect Tokutoshi Torii. It serves as the corporate headquarters of Cathay Financial Holding. In 2017, it earned LEED EBOM Gold certification for green buildings, making it the first environmentally friendly building in Taiwan’s life insurance sector within the existing buildings category.
