RBB Fernsehen is a German free-to-air TV channel for Berlin and Brandenburg. It is run by Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) and is one of the regional ARD programs. The channel began on 29 February 2004 after the merger of ORB-Fernsehen and SFB1 into rbb Fernsehen. It is based in Berlin with a second headquarters in Potsdam-Babelsberg and offers a live stream via the RBB Livestream.

RBB Fernsehen broadcasts in HD (720p) and also provides a standard-definition feed downscaled to 16:9 576i. It is part of ARD’s network of regional third programs and serves as a key source of regional news, culture and entertainment for the Berlin-Brandenburg area.

Over the years, the channel has featured a mix of programs and milestones:
- 2004: Im Palais launches; Kurt Krömer begins his own show (September 2004).
- 2007: Knut the polar bear appears in a Berliner Abendschau piece, leading to related documentaries on rbb Fernsehen and Das Erste.
- 2009: rbb Fernsehen partners with Arte for a 24-hour Berlin documentary, 24h Berlin.
- 2009-2010: Some programs are terminated or reworked; Ozon is continued in a shortened form as OZON unterwegs from May 2010.
- 2010: Brandenburg aktuell gets a new design, and Kesslers Expedition debuts (August 2010).
- 2012: The channel adopts a new look and the slogan Das volle Programm (The Full Program).
- 2017: A new design and slogan Bloß nicht langweilen (Do not bore) are introduced.
- Daily window: A 30-minute slot at 7:30 pm is reserved for Brandenburg aktuell on Brandenburg transmitters and Berliner Abendschau on Berlin transmitters.

Technical access and availability:
- HD broadcast began via Astra 19.2°E on 5 December 2013.
- The channel is available for streaming via the RBB Livestream.
