Catarina Fagundes (born 8 April 1977 in Funchal, Madeira) is a Portuguese sailor. She competed in the Mistral Windsurf class at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and finished 21st. She was the first Portuguese woman to compete in an Olympic sailing event. She studied Tourism Planning and Management at the University of Aveiro. Today she is an entrepreneur, an ornithologist and a windsurfing coach in Madeira, Portugal, and the CEO of Wind Birds.
