Casorate Sempione is a municipality in Lombardy, Italy, in the Province of Varese. It lies about 40 km northwest of Milan and 20 km southwest of Varese. The town covers about 7 square kilometers and has around 5,300 residents (as of 2004). It sits at an elevation of 285 meters above sea level. Casorate Sempione borders Arsago Seprio, Cardano al Campo, Gallarate, and Somma Lombardo.

A local festival, San Tito, has been celebrated since 1926 to remember a martyr. The festival is revived roughly every ten years for a couple of weeks, with the latest edition having taken place in September 2016.
