Carcastillo
Carcastillo is a town and municipality in Navarre, northern Spain, about 70 km from Pamplona. It lies on the Aragon River just north of the Bardenas Reales. Until the mid-19th century it belonged to the abbey of Santa María de la Oliva, a Cistercian monastery located about 2 km from Carcastillo. The municipality also includes Figarol, a town about 7 km away on the border with Aragon.
