In January 2025, Latu signed a reserve/future contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was waived in August during final roster cuts, then signed to the Eagles’ practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on September 24. In Week 4 at Tampa Bay, Latu blocked a punt that was returned for a touchdown, helping the Eagles to a 31–25 win.
