Call 911 is a United States docudrama television series that shows real 911 calls made by people in trouble and how emergency dispatchers handle them. Each 30-minute episode presents actual calls and the dispatch responses. The series premiered as a Court TV special on August 21, 2007, and began regular broadcasts on Investigation Discovery on July 30, 2008. It later aired on Discovery Fit & Health in February 2011. Call 911 has two seasons and more than 60 episodes. It was initially planned as a 20-episode run, but Investigation Discovery ordered an additional 40 episodes for a second season. The executive producer is Tom Jennings and the producer is Marcus Yasui.
