Capo Sandalo Lighthouse is a historic light on the western tip of San Pietro Island, at the southwest edge of Sardinia, Italy. Built in 1864, it features a 30-meter stone tower attached to a two-story keeper’s house. The unpainted tower with its gray lantern stands on a cliff overlooking the sea.

The light sits at a focal height of 134 meters and emits four white flashes every 20 seconds, visible up to about 24 nautical miles. The lighthouse remains active and was automated in 1994; a keeper lived on the premises until recently.

A well-paved road connects the site to the town of Carloforte on San Pietro Island. The lighthouse is operated by Marina Militare (the Italian Navy) and is a notable landmark in the region. Coordinates are approximately 39.147474°N, 8.223676°E.
