Diwan Bahadur Kanchipuram Thiruvenkata Mudaliar (born 1901 or 1902 in Conjeevaram, Madras Presidency) was an Indian botanist and civil servant. He studied at the University of Madras. He first married Yeshodha; they had two sons, C. T. Gopalakrishnan and C. T. Radhakrishnan, and a daughter Rama Bai Jagadesan. He later married Radha Bai, the sister of Tilakavathi, and they had a daughter Devi Choudrani Varadarajan.

Mudaliar became Chief Commissioner of Coorg Province in March 1949 and served until 1950. He was the second Indian to hold the post, after Ketoli Chengappa. He led Coorg as it became a Part-C state of the Indian Union on 26 January 1950. During his tenure, he opened Coorg’s first arts and sciences college at Mercara. He was succeeded by Daya Singh Bedi.
