Buddleja domingensis, the Hispaniolan butterfly bush, is a plant that grows only on the Caribbean island of Hispaniola (Haiti and the Dominican Republic), in the high mountains. It lives in rocky limestone ravines, along forest edges and roadsides. The species was described by Ignatz Urban in 1908 and has also been called Buddleja calcicola Urb.

It is a shrub or small tree that reaches 2–6 meters tall. The young branches are almost square in cross-section and hairy on the outside. Leaves are 13–24 cm long and 3–8 cm wide, with a 1–2 cm petiole, and are hairy on the underside.

The inflorescences are yellow and 10–27 cm long, with branches that form heads about 1.5–2.5 cm across, each head containing 20–50 flowers. The flower tubes are 3–3.5 mm long. The plant may have separate male and female flowers on different plants, or both on the same plant (dioecious or possibly trioecious).

Buddleja domingensis has a diploid chromosome number (2n = 38). It is not known to be cultivated. Its conservation status is Least Concern.
