Bosnia and Herzegovina men's national handball team, nicknamed the Dragons (Zmajevi), represents Bosnia and Herzegovina in international handball. It is run by the Handball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The team has been coached by Damir Doborac.

The player with the most appearances is Mirsad Terzić, with 173 caps, and he is also the top scorer with 473 goals.

In world championships, they have appeared once, in 2015, finishing 20th. In the European Championship, they have competed three times (first in 2020), with their best result finishing 23rd in 2020 and 2022.

The team played from 1992 until 2025, when its governing body became defunct. A squad was named for the 2024 European Men's Handball Championship.
