Birdhana is a village in Jhajjar District, Haryana, India. It lies about 5.6 km from the town of Jhajjar and 230 km from Chandigarh, the state capital. Nearby villages are Mehrana, Gudha, Jondhi, Dujana, and Chamanpura; nearby towns include Jhajjar, Beri, Matannail, and Bahadurgarh.

The village has education facilities including a co-educational higher secondary school, a middle school, and separate primary schools for boys and girls. There is a primary health center and a veterinary hospital. Eight Anganwadi Centers operate under the Child Development Scheme to support young children and mothers.

Birdhana has several temples and shrines with history, such as the Dadi Satti temple, Baba Haridas Mandir, and a well-known Shiva temple by the Maheshwar lake. A Shivratri fair is held there twice a year, featuring events like wrestling and Kabaddi.

Most residents belong to the Dahiya Gotra of the Jat community, and farming is the main occupation.
