Birayma N'dyeme Eler (also Biram Njeme Eler) was the seventh ruler (Burba) of the Jolof Empire, ruling around 1465 to 1481. He came from the Jonaï maternal line, which originated in Baol. Much of what is known about him comes from oral histories, and scholars disagree on the details.

Some sources, including Rokhaya Fall with Portuguese records, credit him with founding a new capital at Ceng and conquering Namandirou, Saloum, and the northern Mandinka kingdoms along the Gambia River. Other scholars, like Oumar Kane, say many of these deeds were done by an earlier ruler, Cukli Njiklaan.

Birayma was succeeded by his nephew Tasé Daagulen after Tasé defeated his own son Bukar Bige in a power struggle.
