Big Daddy is the tenth studio album by American singer-songwriter John Mellencamp, released on May 9, 1989, by Mercury Records. It reached number 7 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album spawned the singles Pop Singer (reaching #15 on the Billboard Hot 100) and Jackie Brown (peaking at #48). A remastered version was released on May 24, 2005, which added an acoustic version of Jackie Brown as a bonus track.
