Beyond Violence: Jewish Survivors in Poland and Slovakia, 1944–48 is a 2014 history book by Polish historian Anna Cichopek. Based on her PhD research at the University of Michigan, it studies Holocaust survivors in postwar Poland and Slovakia and how they tried to reclaim Aryanized property, gain citizenship in their country of residence, and cope with violence from non-Jewish people. The book was published by Cambridge University Press in the United Kingdom and is written in English.
