Bernadette M. Sanchez (born May 20, 1953) is an American politician and a Democrat who served in the New Mexico Senate, representing the 26th district from 2001 to 2013. She lives in Albuquerque and worked as a school counselor. She did not seek re-election in 2012, and Jacob Candelaria succeeded her in 2013.
