Bellevue, also known as Wavertree Hall Farm, is a historic home and farm near Batesville in Albemarle County, Virginia. The main house was built in 1859. It is a two-story brick building with a hip roof and a two-story pedimented front porch, blending Italianate features (wide bracketed eaves) with Greek Revival trim. About 1913, two one-and-a-half-story brick wings were added on each side of the main block, and a two-story brick south wing was built in the 1920s. The property includes an antebellum log slave house, several tenant houses, a pump house, a chicken house, and a stable and barns, plus an unusual underground room built into the north side of a garden terrace. Bellevue was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991 and is also on the Virginia Landmarks Register.
