Bagtyýarlyk is a town in Baýramaly District, Mary Province, Turkmenistan. It lies along the M37 highway and has a station on the Trans-Caspian Railway. The 2022 official census recorded 1,727 residents.

The town was known as Üçajy (Uch-Adzhi) until September 20, 2012, when it was renamed Bagtyýarlyk by Parliamentary Resolution No. 331-IV. The original name Üçajy comes from two words meaning "three" and "bitter" because the first three wells drilled near the town yielded bitter water during the railway extension to Çärjew.

Bagtyýarlyk means "having luck or happiness," from the Persian word Bakhtyar meaning luck, plus the Turkmen suffix -lyk.

The highest temperature ever recorded there was 48.4°C (119.1°F) on July 7, 2021.
