Babulal Jain (17 November 1934 – 6 August 2021) was an Indian politician from Madhya Pradesh. He belonged to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He served as a minister in the Madhya Pradesh government and was a leader in the Janata Party. He also served as vice-chairman of the Madhya Pradesh State Planning Commission. Jain was elected to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Ujjain Uttar constituency.
