Ayman Klzie, occasionally written as Ayman Kelzi, is a Syrian swimmer born on 7 January 1993 in Aleppo. He competes mainly in butterfly and medley events. He has represented Syria at the World Aquatics Championships in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022, and he swam the 200 m butterfly at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In 2018, he competed in the 100 m and 200 m butterfly at the FINA World Swimming Championships (25 m) in Hangzhou. In 2019, he raced in the 100 m and 200 m butterfly at the World Championships in Gwangju but did not reach the semifinals. His medal record includes a mixed 4x50 medley relay medal at the 2015 FINA World Cup in Dubai, a 50 m butterfly medal at the Arab Championships (short course) in Abu Dhabi in 2021, and a 400 m medley medal at the Islamic Solidarity Games in Palembang in 2013.
