Asia Khatun, also known as Mosammat Asia Khatun, is a retired Bangladeshi civil servant who served as the commissioner in charge of investigations at the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) from July 2, 2023, to October 29, 2024. She was the first woman to hold this post.

She was born on January 2, 1963, in Darshana, Chuadanga District, then East Pakistan. She studied accounting at the University of Rajshahi. She earned a master's in Women and Gender Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, a master's in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University.

Asia Khatun joined the Bangladesh Civil Service on January 26, 1991. She held many roles, including assistant commissioner of Noakhali, executive magistrate of Khulna, and counselor at the Bangladesh consulate in Jeddah. She later served as Senior Assistant Secretary in the ministries of Primary and Mass Education, Public Administration, and Land. She was director of the National Academy for Planning and Development, and she taught at the Civil Service Administration Academy. She also served as secretary of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission secretariat and retired as a secretary on January 3, 2022.

In June 2023, she was appointed ACC commissioner in charge of investigations, with the rank of a High Court Division judge. She replaced Mozammel Haque Khan and served under ACC chairman Mohammad Moin Uddin Abdullah. After her appointment, she met President Mohammed Shahabuddin and sought his guidance, as he is a former ACC commissioner.

She is married to Md. Mokammel Hossain, secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, and they have one child.
