Ashville Football Club, nicknamed The Villa, is a football club from Wallasey, England. They play in the North West Counties League Division One South and host home games at Villa Park, which is also known as The Ray Parker Stadium after the naming rights were sold.

The club was founded in 1949 by D-Day veteran John Dennett. They started in the Wallasey Youth League, moved to the Bebington League in 1951 and won it. They then joined the Wirral Combination and won the league in all three seasons they played there. In 1955 they stepped up to the West Cheshire League and won Division Two in their first attempt.

Ashville entered the FA Vase for the first time in 1990–91. Their best run came in 2005–06 when they reached the fourth round before losing 1–0 to Buxton.

In 2022, Ashville joined the North West Counties League Division One South. The club moved to Villa Park in 1962. In 2022 the naming rights were sold to Ray Parker, a local supporter, and the ground was renamed The Ray Parker Stadium.

In the 2024–25 season, the team, managed by Sam Vicker, finished 7th out of 18 in Division One South.
