Archie Kirkman Loyd, KC (22 January 1847 – 1 December 1922) was a British civil servant, barrister and Conservative politician who served as the Member of Parliament for Abingdon on two occasions. He was born in Agra, India, the third son of Thomas Kirkman Loyd and Annie Hirst Loyd. He went to Brighton College and studied for the Indian Civil Service, winning prizes in English Law and Hindi. He left the Indian Civil Service in 1868 when he was called to the bar at the Middle Temple and became a Queen's Counsel in 1892.

In 1895 Loyd was elected MP for Abingdon, serving until 1906. He was again elected in a by-election in 1916 and sat until 1918. He was made a deputy lieutenant of Berkshire in 1900. Loyd worked with Lord Wantage in the National Aid Society, helping wounded soldiers abroad, especially during the Franco‑Prussian War, and in Turkey and Serbia. When the society became the British Red Cross Society in 1905, he was one of only two survivors of the original society and he served as vice-chairman of its council.

He was on the governing body of Abingdon School from 1901 to 1922. Loyd married Henrietta Louisa Clutterbuck in 1885, and they had four sons. The family lived at Downs House, Wantage, Berkshire. Loyd underwent a serious operation in November 1918 and died on 1 December 1922 at his home, 21 Cadogan Square, Chelsea, London.
