Apotomops wellingtoniana is a moth in the Tortricidae family. It was first described in 1907 by William D. Kearfott. This species is found in North America—from British Columbia to Nova Scotia, and south through the Rocky Mountains to Mexican states including Durango, Nuevo León, Distrito Federal, and Veracruz. In the east, its range reaches the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. It lives in coniferous forests. The wingspan is about 20 millimeters. The larvae feed on firs, hemlocks, and spruces (Abies, Tsuga, and Picea). They are solitary defoliators. Synonyms include Olethreutes wellingtoniana and Apotomops wellingtonana.
