Apatophyseini
Apatophyseini are a tribe of longhorn beetles in the family Cerambycidae. They belong to the subfamily Apatophyseinae, which is monotypic (containing only this tribe). The tribe was established by Lacordaire in 1869. Synonyms include Apatophysides Lacordaire, 1869 and Apatophysini Lacordaire, 1869 (misspelling).
There are at least 90 genera and more than 300 described species in Apatophyseini. They are found in Europe, Asia, and Africa, with about 250 of the species native to Madagascar. Although commonly placed in Apatophyseinae, Apatophyseini has sometimes been treated as a tribe in the subfamily Dorcasominae.
