Anzegem is a municipality in the Belgian province of West Flanders. It includes the towns of Anzegem, Gijzelbrechtegem, Ingooigem, Kaster, Tiegem and Vichte. As of January 1, 2018, about 14,609 people lived there. The area is 42.35 square kilometers, giving a population density of about 345 people per square kilometer.

The mayor is Pauline Van Marcke from the Samen Eén party. The local governing groups are Samen Eén, Inzet and N-VA. Postal codes are 8570, 8572 and 8573. The area code is 056.

A notable person from Anzegem is Stijn Streuvels, a Flemish writer who died in Ingooigem in 1969 at the age of 98. On October 16, 2014, Anzegem’s medieval parish church of Saint John the Baptist was destroyed by a fire.
