Angela Mary Gilmour (née Piggford), born 17 August 1963 in Gateshead, England, is a former English track athlete who ran the 400 metres and the 4x400 metres relay. She competed for Gateshead Harriers.

Career highlights:
- 1986 Commonwealth Games, Edinburgh: reached the 400m final (8th, 53.97) and won a silver medal in the 4x400m relay with Jane Parry, Linda Keough and Kathy Cook.
- 1988 Seoul Olympics: selected for the Britain 4x400m relay; the team finished sixth in the final (3:26.89) with Linda Keough, Jennifer Stoute and Sally Gunnell joining Piggford.
- Indoor years: finalist in the 400m at the European Indoor Championships (1989 The Hague and 1990 Glasgow); indoor best time 52.90 seconds (The Hague, 1989).
- 1989 World Indoor Championships, Budapest: competed.
- 1990 Commonwealth Games, Auckland: 400m final (5th, 53.45) and gold in the 4x400m relay with Sally Gunnell, Jennifer Stoute and Linda Keough (3:28.08).
- 1990 European Championships, Split: 400m semi-final (53.00); ran in the heats of the 4x400m relay; Britain won bronze in the final with Gunnell replacing Piggford.
- National titles: UK champion in 1986 and AAAs Indoor champion in 1986.
