Andrei Vasilievich Bushkov, born October 13, 1969, is a retired Russian pair skater. He started his career representing the Soviet Union and later Russia. He is 1.83 meters tall. His best partner was Marina Eltsova. Together they became the 1996 World champions and won the European title in 1993 and 1997. Before Eltsova, Bushkov skated with Yulia Liashenko and won the 1988 World Junior bronze medal for the Soviet Union.
