Andrés Felipe Ortiz (born March 20, 1987) is a Colombian footballer who plays as a defender for Independiente Medellín. He is 1.84 meters tall and wears the number 3. Ortiz mainly plays as a central defender. He began his professional career with Independiente Medellín in 2006, making 72 league appearances and scoring 1 goal. Internationally, he appeared for Colombia's under-20 team in 2007, earning two caps. He was part of the U-20 squad that attempted to reach the 2007 World Cup but did not qualify.
