Alyda Norbruis (born 28 March 1989) is a Dutch Paralympic cyclist from Ureterp in Friesland. She races in para‑cycling in the C1–3 category and has won Paralympic medals at London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro 2016. She also won a silver medal at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics in the Women's time trial C1–3. Earlier in her career, she competed at the 2012 Track Cycling World Championships, and she competes in both track and road events, including the 500 m track time trial.
