Alfredo Arango Narváez (16 February 1945 – 20 December 2005) was a Colombian footballer who played as a midfielder. Born in Santa Marta, he spent most of his career with Unión Magdalena, with later stints at Millonarios, Bucaramanga, and Atlético Junior.

Arango helped Unión Magdalena win the Colombian league title in 1968 and remains the club’s all-time top scorer with 104 goals. He also won league titles with Millonarios in 1972 and Atlético Junior in 1977.

Internationally, Arango represented Colombia at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, making three appearances. He passed away in Santa Marta in December 2005 at the age of 60.
