Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale (2023)
Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale (2023) is a limited-edition sports car from Alfa Romeo that pays homage to the 1967 original. It was unveiled on August 30, 2023, and production is planned to begin in June 2024. Only 33 units will be built by Touring Superleggera in Milan, Italy. The car offers two powertrains: a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 gasoline engine and an all-electric version delivering up to 750 hp (559 kW). It is a two-door, rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive coupe with butterfly doors. Dimensions are wheelbase 2,700 mm, length 4,637 mm, width 1,966 mm, and height 1,226 mm. Weight ranges from about 1,500 to 2,100 kg. It uses an 8-speed ZF dual-clutch transmission. Development began in 2022 under Jean-Philippe Imparato, drawing on work from a canceled project used for Maserati MC20, with César Barreau leading the design at Centro Stile Alfa Romeo under Alejandro Mesonero-Romanos.
