Alcides Mañay
Alcides Javier Mañay Castro (born 18 January 1927) was a Uruguayan footballer who played as a midfielder. He was born in Montevideo. His senior career included Defensor Sporting (1945–1947), Cúcuta Deportivo (1950–1953), and AS Cannes (1953–1955). He earned one cap for the Uruguay national team in 1945 and was part of Uruguay’s squad for the 1946 South American Championship.
