Alan Lane
Alan Lane (born 1938/1939) is a former Australian tennis player who competed on the world tour from 1959 to 1964. He grew up in Adelaide. His best Grand Slam result was reaching the fourth round at the 1963 French Championships. He won international titles including Israel's Passover championship and the Chilean championship in Santiago. Lane later coached the Davis Cup teams of Portugal and Israel. In the 1970s he moved to the United States to work as a teaching pro, and later lived in Far North Queensland.
