Agnes of Holstein (died 1386) was a noblewoman from the House of Schauenburg. Born a Countess of Holstein-Kiel, she became Duchess of Saxe-Lauenburg through marriage to Duke Eric II. Her parents were John III, Count of Holstein-Plön, and Catherine of Silesia-Glogau. She was known for bravery in her youth, often traveling through dangerous areas without her husband when he was away. In old age she went blind and devoted herself to her faith. Agnes died in 1386 and was buried in Ratzeburg Cathedral. She was engaged to Eric II in 1327 in Trittau; they married between 1342 and 1349, and they had four children. She is an ancestor of Anne of Cleves.
