Adair Independent School District
The Adair Independent School District is a public school district in Adair, Oklahoma. It serves students in grades K-12 and has about 1,010 students across three schools: Adair Elementary School, Adair Middle School, and Adair High School. The district covers Adair, Pensacola, Strang, and the northern part of Spavinaw.
In 2012, the district earned an A grade on the state report card, and Adair High School also earned an A. The high school was one of six top-performing schools to receive a Reward School grant from the state board.
The district offers required courses to meet graduation standards, including English; history (state, national, and world); science; mathematics; physical education; foreign language; and health education.
Adair High School provides four extracurricular activities: Future Farmers of America (FFA), robotics, the Winter Guard, and band.
Adair Elementary School hosts Ms. Brown's Busy Bees.
