27 Steps of May is a 2018 Indonesian drama directed by Ravi Bharwani and written by Rayya Makarim. It stars Raihaanun, Lukman Sardi, and Ario Bayu. The story follows May, a survivor of sexual violence during the May 1998 riots, who withdraws from life as her father copes with guilt by becoming a boxer.

The film, produced by Ravi Bharwani, Rayya Makarim, and Wilza Lubis for Green Glow Pictures, runs 112 minutes and is in Indonesian. Its world premiere was at the 23rd Busan International Film Festival on October 8, 2018, in the A Window on Asian Cinema program. Its Indonesian premiere took place at the Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, where it won the Golden Hanoman Award.

27 Steps of May was released in Indonesian cinemas on April 27, 2019. It attracted 57,416 spectators and grossed Rp 2.2 billion (about $146,830). Netflix acquired the distribution rights and released the film on October 1, 2021.
